Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges – The Hexed Way
Not quite right? If your item isn’t faulty or defective, you’ve got 14 days from when it arrives to send it back for a refund or swap. If something’s not right, or you received the wrong item, let us know ASAP at sharon@hexedfashion.co.uk, and we’ll issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days once your item reaches us—but during busy times (like holidays or launches), it might take up to 28 days. As soon as we’ve sorted your return or exchange, you’ll get a confirmation email sent to the one you used when you ordered.
Just make sure:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are on you, and we recommend using a tracked service.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless a faulty item)
- Once we receive your return, allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Exchanging for a new size or item?
We’ll check your return, confirm if we have what you need in stock, and email you once it’s on its way. If it’s sold out, we’ll offer a refund or help you swap it for something else you’ll love.
Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days and send it back to your original payment method.
Waiting on a Refund?
If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:
- Check your bank or payment method
- Contact your card provider—sometimes it takes a few days to show up

Holiday Returns – Extended Window
Shopping early for the Festive holidays? Anything bought from 1st November can be returned for a refund until 14 days after 25th December, or for an exchange/account credit up to 28 days after 25th December.
